While I was stalking  searching Erika Schaefer’s Instagram for her black and white floral pants in Dubai I read that Erika found her job with Tracy Tutor on Linked In and was under qualified in the industry but knew she could make up for it with her work ethic and drive. For those of you who haven’t found your dream career path yet 1) Those are words to live by. Hard work will get you everywhere 2) I recently hired Big Blonde Hair’s new Social Media Coordinator Odette off of a LinkedIn ad, so it’s a good place to look for cool jobs and find great candidates.

For those of you who have found your dream job but not your dream pants, I’d suggest skipping LinkedIn and looking at Erika and Tracy’s Instagram accounts because I’m pretty sure  “Where to Shop for Fab Pants” is also part of Tracy’s employee training program. Now the only thing left is to find out if she’s hiring.
