Giuliana Rancic’s floral bell sleeve dress on E! News tonight was super unique. At has these cool sleeves and ruffle at the bottom, and a floral pattern that looks like little stars! And you know how I feel about stars. I always look for an extra little detail in a dress. You can go crazy searching for a “long sleeve floral dress.” So what sets yours apart from others?
