Natalie Morales’ plaid shirt dress on Today was so cute, but not to distract from how amazing she looks. Natalie is looking LA fresh in the best way. We miss her on the show but everything seemed to really work out for everyone. She’s happy and looking better forever in LA, keeping us up to date with all our Emmy news, while Savannah and Hoda (or “Havannah”) hold down the fort in NYC.

This plaid shirt dress is an ideal transition piece. It can be worn all seasons, and in the winter with tall boots and a great belted coat. It’s really a one stop shop here, kind of like the Today Show was this morning. It was such a great show and I’m so excited to see who the winners are tonight!
