Giuliana Rancic’s Polka Dot Dress

I swear I am seeing the designer of Giuliana Rancic’s polka dot dress everywhere, and for good reason. I myself fell in love with the designer while watching the Today Show, but Giuliana’s print is fantastic and a newer one (although it’s getting harder to find!). With the wavy dot print and the high neck, this will be a year round perfect dress!

Giuliana’s dress was perfect for her second day of work. Still packed with lots of fun surprises, a great crossover between Live with Kelly and Ryan and E! with Giuliana and Jason happened. I wonder if Ryan and Giuliana miss working with each other? Seem like the chemistry is still there, but Ryan could talk to a shoe for hours and make it interesting.
