Walking in and ready to lay dow the law, Kristin Cavallari’s front button skirt definitely had both a business boss and a babe vibe to it. Worn with a cute baby tee a la Laguna Beach days, Kristin made it clear who was boss. And in case you missed it, it’s her.

Her employees definitely forgot their place here. And while workplace drama is totes normal, this one was a funny one. The previews for next week show new girl Taylor saying that the reason she wants to work for Kristin is because Uncommon James is “the fun place to be.” Yikes, talk about interview skills 101! This Taylor is not very swift. And that folks, is what we call a pun.
