Erika Girardi’s Billboard Music Awards Dress was a total winner IMO. She and her stylists totally nailed it with the strapless, asymmetrical waterfall style, big blonde hair and cobalt blue pumps. They created a bit more wearable version of Dorit Kemsley’s look circa Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8 Reunion by ditching the shoulder pads, bringing out the black and keeping the waterfall.
