Tinsley Mortimer’s Striped Sweater in Washington DC on Instagram

After refusing to buy another sweater this time of year, leave it to Tinsley Mortimer to change my mind. Not only is the striped sweater she wore on Instagram super cute, but the price tag has been slashed from three digits to two. And although there’s only one size left, it’s my size, so I’m taking that as a sign from the RHONY gods that it was meant to be. 

One of the things I love about Tinsley is that no matter what look she’s trying to pull off, she always remains true to her signature style and does it in her own Tinsley way. A couple of examples we’ve recently reported on: “Jenny from the Block Tinsley” (details here), “Dubai Tinsley” (details here) and “Office Tinsley” (details here). And by pairing her striped sweater with a red tote and star sneakers in Washington DC, this look can totally be classified as “Patriotic Tinsley.” Here’s to hoping her relationship with Scott is still on track after Dubai (I’m still patiently waiting on an update), because “Bridal Tinsley” sure has a nice ring to it.
