Liza Miller’s off the shoulder ruffle top certainly got ruffled with the constant makeout sessions, both in person and in her daydreams. And so the web of lies got more tangled when the “younger” intern finally made out with her boss. While I was never a watcher, now that I am I can certainly tell you that her hunky boss is my pick over her ex bf, who apparently is totally going to cause Kelsey to break girl code and end up being a new couple. Calling Luann!!

This top, worn perfectly with her military skirt and blue ruffle shoes (discussed here) is pricey but worth it. Apparently it is a good luck charm for her, she found a book and a boy, and maybe it is for you too. If not, check out the style stealers.
