A little business and a little party, Kelsey Peters’ off the shoulder chambray top on episode 3 of season 4 of Younger was adorable and selling out fast! While the chambray fabric makes it slightly casual, the button down, off the shoulder style is super popular and the puffy sleeve adds the extra unique flair! But not in the Seinfeld puffy sleeve way…

Kelsey and Liza were at a work retreat this week and apparently the major partying and barf and rally is in line with reality. I have heard the craziest stories about these things and spent a large part of the weekend looking at Bethenny’s work retreat insta stories. Skinnygirl retreat looked as fun as the Younger retreat, if not more. There was a lot of twerking involved at Bethenny’s, but hopefully no secret job searches. That would probably not end well with Bethenny as your boss.
