As I’m sure you have all already noticed, someone decided to take a pair of scissors to the standard button down cotton shirt and add puff, rouching, ruffles, and almost every embellishment out there, and killed it!

Today, Natalie has taken on the trend with a pinstriped, off the shoulder top with puffy gathered long sleeves while interviewing Katy Perry about her upcoming album. She completed her outfit with black cropped pants and white Valentino Rockstud heels. I really don’t care what size or age you are, nor does it matter that you have $25 in your bank account. As long as you’re willing to eat leftovers for lunch a few times this week, everyone can (and should) get their hands on a variation of this trend!
