Yesterday, while at home visiting my parents for Thanksgiving, I stopped at Sommerset Collection in Troy, Michigan for lunch. I left with a full stomach, and an empty wallet, thanks to Intermix (and J. Alexander’s, but that’s aside from the point). Since Gap Inc acquired Intermix for a cool $130 million dollars last January, they have been running some fab sales on my favorite clothing lines, which turned Intermix from a store I like into my go-to shopping destination.
