I know Kathy was offended that she was left out of Teresa’s “last supper” toast in California  on tonight’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, but in my fashionable opinion, Kathy wasn’t the only one that should be offended at being omitted. After all, Teresa made no mention of Melissa’s gorgeous one shoulder nude sequin dress in her little speech. And with the way that beautiful dress blinged and complimented her perfect tan,  Mrs. Giduice clearly must have been been having a forgetful night all around.
