Lisa Barlow’s 60k ring costume on Watch What Happens Live last night won Halloween in my book. And the Lisa’s crystal puff sleeve jacket were just as good. The best part is she paired it perfectly with jeans which gave it the perfect Barlow touch. And even Lisa said she doesn’t typically like costumes, we’re totally about to dress up just like her.
