A leopard print business-y style vest would not be my first choice of outfit for fly fishing in the water. But Ms. Fancy Pants is obviously Ms. Fancy Top too, so I wouldn’t expect anything less from Heather Dubrow. And I mean it’s a cute vest so why not!?
